Dissolving condition:
Ex)raw materials→80℃・20~30min Heating and mixing. Around 70℃ Add Vitamins,flavors and mixing 10 min. Fill up to 500L or 1500L(around 40℃)
- Sterilization
- Shell & tube type Heat exchanger
Sterilization condition:
Ex)85℃・30sec
- Bottle rinsing
- Final rinse water
Temperature: 80℃
Filtration: 150Mesh
- Filling / capping
- Speed: 150or180B.P.M
Volume: 20mL, 30mL, 45mL, 50mL
Cap closing: cap screw depth・opening torque/Nitrogen Substitution rate
- Visual inspection
- Defective caps(shallowed screw depth.scratch), Volume, foreign material, Scratched bottles, Visual inspection by human
- Post sterilization(pasteurizer)
- Heated Water shower type method

- Labeling(keeping intermediate products)
